New European Music Export Initiatives

Europe has successfully responded to the immediate obstacles in the field of music export brought by the current global COVID-19 status. Despite music being immaterial, the portal to successful music exporting traditionally lies in showcasing fresh talent to industry professionals and for their representatives to find matching interests, at events that are threatened not to take place in a while.

It is also crucial for fresh export talents to maintain relevancy and momentum - which is where media steps to the stage to take the lead role. Having access to something we've never heard before enables the current music scene to develop, and is what all music lovers crave every once in a while. It has become harder for all to meet this demand.

When travelling for a showcase, promo tour or radio interview is not possible, a new wave of finding and telling stories of new talent is needed. These initiatives are an answer to this very call.
