TEAM

Jan Clausen, Managing Partner, clausen (at) factory92 (dot) eu

Partner and co-chief at FACTORY 92. Jan has been a German music industry professional for almost 20 years, making him a both experienced, connected and respected profile in the highly competitve GSA music industry. Having started as a tour manager Jan quickly worked his way up the music industry career ladder and eventually found his home in music PR and marketing. This led him to co-found and run the legendary German music PR agency Queen About Music from 2003 to 2012. If you were to ask his colleagues (or clients) they would not hesitate to tell you how creative this man's brain is (though this North German gentleman would never claim something so bold himself).

Christian Holl Buhl, Managing Partner, buhl (at) factory92 (dot) eu

Partner and co-chief at FACTORY 92. Christian is a Danish citizen but has been an expat most of his life, spending his youth and childhood in Brussels as the son of a EU lobbyist. This background is also the backbone of Christian's key professional competence. Namely the capacity to understand interests and shape, translate and succesfully deliver border-crossing campaigns and business plans. Before joining FACTORY 92 (in January 2013) Christian spent much of his youth touring with his own rock band, completed bachelor and MBA degrees in business and founded and ran Brussels-based music export consultancy the rocking factory from 2007-2012.

Yan Mangels, Partner & Accounting, mangels (at) factory92 (dot) eu

Yan has been an influential German music industry professional for several decades having founded and headed legendary German hip-hop booking agency Wir Kümmern Uns and co-founded Queen About Music. Yan’s main profession is his job as senior agent at one of Germany's leading live agencies FKP Scorpio. When things get hectic and crazy (which happens in agency life) one can always trust in Yan's experienced cool mind to bring things down to the constructive level again.

Janika Reuter, International Relations & Marketing Manager, reuter (at) factory92 (dot) eu

Janika holds a master’s degree in Management of Creative Business Processes from Copenhagen Business School. During her four year residency in Denmark, she freelanced as PR coordinator for ListenCollective (DE) and also worked at the Roskilde-based agency B Group (DK). Janika's analytical mind, team player mindset and capacity to find solutions to complex challenges, prompted her promotion from Coordinator to Manager in September 2019, after a mere 14 months at the agency. Janika today oversees both international and national campaigns within the fields of B2B and B2C campaigning, and clients such as Reeperbahn Festival and SZIGET Festival.

Ida is Bachelor in Cultural Management (Metropolia University of Applied Sciences, Helsinki, Finland) and re-joined FACTORY 92 as full-time staff member in September 2019, following a successful internship at the agency during the first quarters of 2019. Ida was placed at FACTORY 92 by Music Finland's international talent exchange program, and didn't disappoint with her energetic, effective and result-driven approach to things. Ida joins FACTORY 92 with plenty of experience from the Finnish music industry including spells at Music Finland (export office), Misc Management (DJ booking) and Provinssi Festival. Ida will be involved with international campaigns for the likes of Music Finland, c/o pop and FKP scorpio.
