- FACTORY 92 STATEMENT -
Dear Colleagues,
A big festival month has now been wrapped at our small agency, and we can confirm that our two main July-festival-missions, namely Roskilde Festival in Denmark and Balaton Sound in Hungary, were both succesful. In short our PR and marketing cooperation with the two partners have resulted in the following growth rates on the markets for which we're responsible:
- ROSKILDE FESTIVAL: Pre-sales were approx. 10% up in the GSA region (Germany, Switzerland & Austria)
- BALATON SOUND: Pre-sales were approx. 100% up in Germany and the German-speaking part of Switzerland
This means that we've helped the two festivals sell a total of approx. 2000 tickets per day on these German-speaking markets. We are confident that we will keep on growing during the coming years (when this mad world allows it), as its still early goings, with 2016 being the first year that we work for Balaton Sound, and only the second year that we work for Roskilde Festival.
The key driver behind this growth is the obvious fact that both festivals have something unique to offer, when seen from an international perspecitve, from Balaton Sound's unique lakeside summer party holiday vibes to Roskilde Festival's unique volunteer and non-profit athmosphere. In other words there is nothing quite like the two festival's on the German-speaking markets, which gives us market relevance. A relevance that has been greatly mirrored by the quality of the press support and marketing partnerships we've been able to set-up and build our campaigns around. It's all very simple: Hard agency work plus competitive partners will, when given the right priority and time, eventually produce results and healthy partnerships. Happy to confirm the theory.
