Wonderful people, excellent shows, spectacular art, delicious food, crazy parties... Roskilde Festival 2018 had it all, and it's all thanks to all of you who participated. We can now look forward to donating millions to charity.
The sun went down and up again, the dust has settled, and we can now look back: THANK YOU for making Roskilde Festival 2018 a wonderful experience.
It was sold out, sunny and successful. Because of the wonderful volunteers, participants, partners, artists and so many others we can now look forward to donating millions to charity.
Roskilde Festival is all about community, and you created a unique community of 130,000 people partying and celebrating for a greater cause.
Music, art, activism and community
184 shows made up the official music programme that included everything from the stars of tomorrow to the biggest headliners. The Eminem show attracted the biggest show ever in front of the Orange
Stage with more than 100,000 people. The sound at the stages sounded better than ever before thanks to Meyer Sound and their attention to detail.
More festival-goers than ever before signed up for camping areas where you take special care of the community, such as Clean Out Loud and Dream City. Sustainability is both environmental and social, and we're building a better future by creating more inclusive communities. Thank you for taking such good care of each other.
With Chelsea Manning, the huge Equality Walls and so much more, festival-goers took part in the arts and activism at the festival in new ways.
